Adding your withdrawal details

Steps to Add Bank Details

  1. Press your profile icon.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Go to Payments.
  4. Under Withdrawal options, press Add bank account to add your bank details.
  5. Fill in the required information and save it. Your bank details will now be stored for future withdrawals.

Details Needed for Withdrawals

You’ll need to provide:

  • Full name of the account holder.
  • Account number (entered without spaces).
  • Billing address of the account holder.

Bank Account Requirements

  • You can only withdraw earnings to a Euro (EUR) bank account opened in a bank located in the EU/European Economic Area (EEA).
  • Withdrawals to bank accounts outside of the EU/EEA or in other currencies are not supported.

Important Notes

  • Unique Bank Accounts: Each TrocSell account must have a unique IBAN/bank account. Sharing a bank account across multiple TrocSell accounts is not allowed.
  • Identity Checks (KYC): If you’re required to complete an identity check, your withdrawals will be stopped until you successfully pass this check.
