1. Secure Payment System

2. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Pursuant to articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code, the buyer benefits from a legal warranty:

  • If the item does not match the description or is defective, the buyer is entitled to a refund or replacement at no cost.
  • Deadline for reporting a problem: 14 days after receipt.

3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 to L.221-28, the buyer has 14 days to withdraw from the item after receipt of the item, with some exceptions (e.g., personalized or perishable items).

How does it work?

  2. Receive the item and check for compliance.
  3. Confirm or report an issue within 14 days.

  4. Litigation or Mediation: If necessary, a mediator intervenes.
  5. Dispute or Mediation: If no agreement is reached, a mediator will step in to resolve the dispute impartially.
