? Creator Item Verification Service – TrocSell

At TrocSell, we understand that purchasing a creator item is often a significant investment. That’s why we offer a dedicated Verification Service to guarantee the authenticity of high-end items listed on our platform, allowing you to shop with confidence.

The Verification Service lets the buyer have a qualified expert authenticate the item before delivery. It is optional and costs €10 for the buyer, while remaining free for the seller. Only the buyer can choose to activate the service at checkout, and the seller cannot impose or disable it if the item is eligible.

To qualify for verification, an item must meet all of these criteria:

• Minimum price: €100

• Brand: listed among eligible brands

• Category: clothing, bags, shoes, jewelry, or accessories

Eligible listings are marked with a diamond badge on the product page.

The service is available for sales within France and between France and the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany.

When a buyer selects verification during purchase, the seller receives a prepaid shipping label and has 5 business days to ship the item to our verification center. Upon arrival, our experts authenticate the item within 1 to 2 business days, based on precise criteria and provided documentation. If validated, the item is shipped to the buyer within another 1 to 2 business days, accompanied by a verification report and an official authenticity label.

Total estimated timeframe: up to 10 business days, covering initial shipping, verification, and final delivery. Only TrocSell-handled shipping is permitted for these items.

If the item fails authentication:

• It is returned to the seller.

• The buyer receives a full refund (item, service, shipping).

• The listing is permanently removed.

• Repeat offenses may result in the seller’s account being suspended.

Buyer Protection remains active even after delivery:

• From a private seller: report issues within 2 days.

• From a professional seller: report issues within 14 days.
  Without dispute, the order is finalized and payment is released to the seller.

Other important details:

• Editing a listing may affect eligibility.

• Service is not available for bundles.

• Our verification center may remove any unlisted items (gifts, extras, etc.).
