How to Withdraw Earnings

Steps to Make a Withdrawal:

1. Add Bank Details: Ensure your bank details are added to your account before initiating your first withdrawal.
2. Initiate the Withdrawal:
   • Go to your TrocSell Wallet.
   • Press Withdraw to bank account.

Withdrawal Timeline:

• Withdrawals typically take up to 5 business days (Monday – Friday) to reflect in your bank account. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

Withdrawal History and Progress:

To track or check details about a withdrawal:

1. Go to your TrocSell Wallet.
2. Navigate to Payment history → Transactions.
3. Here, you’ll find:
   • The amount withdrawn.
   • Date and time the withdrawal was initiated.
   • Partially hidden bank account details.
   • Expected date of payment arrival.

Important Notes:

Bank Account Requirements:

• Withdrawals are only possible to a USD bank account in the United States.
• Withdrawals to other currencies or accounts outside the US are not supported.
• A bank account cannot be shared between multiple TrocSell accounts.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount:

• You can only withdraw amounts of $0.10 or more. Withdrawals below this amount will fail.

Identity Checks:

• You may need to complete an identity check as required by Vinted’s payment provider. If not completed, your ability to withdraw funds will be restricted.

Pending Balance:

• Funds in your pending balance are not available for withdrawal. Only completed order earnings can be withdrawn.
